Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Vector Decisions ("the Service") is an AI agent governance platform that enables organizations to monitor, control, and audit AI agents. The Service provides dashboards, APIs, kill switches, audit trails, and compliance reporting.

2. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One person or legal entity per account. Shared logins are not permitted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Submit false or misleading agent data
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Exceed API rate limits or abuse the platform
  • Resell access to the Service without authorization

4. Data Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of all data you submit to Vector Decisions.
  • We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
  • You can export your data at any time via our export features or API.
  • Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.

5. Service Levels

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Enterprise plans include formal SLA agreements. The Service is provided "as is" for Starter, Growth, and Business plans without uptime guarantees.

6. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via LemonSqueezy.
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice.
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans.
  • Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vector Decisions is a monitoring and governance tool. We are NOT responsible for the actions of your AI agents. The kill switch functionality depends on your agents correctly polling our status API. We do not directly control your agents and cannot guarantee that an agent will stop.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be preserved for 30 days before deletion. You can export your data during this period.
